When was the Women's Army Core based? (WAC)?

The Women's Army Auxiliary Corps (WAAC) was was created by Congress, May 14, 1942 and signed by the President of the next day. A new law redesignation as WAAC Women's Army was signed by President Roosevelt, on 1 July 1943.
