Trainer Airplane

Trainer Airplane
What is the name of this science-fiction movie where people trade their bodies instead of traveling by plane?

There was a movie I saw on the SciFi Channel a few years ago where instead of traveling by plane or train, people exchange bodies with people in their temporary destination. There was also a scene where a businessman swapped bodies with her personal trainer so he would not need to perform an exercise on his own. Does anyone remember the title of this movie?
