How can I hours of community service after high school paper?

I am a volunteer in the office of a veterinarian because I plan to go to veterinary school after obtaining my bachelor's degree in biology. How do I properly document the hours I volunteered? I know it's something that vocational schools look. Do colleges use forms such as schools To service road of the community? Does the community service because of the high school count for anything after the start of college?

Keep a daily log of hours and activities to inform VET Thew and then ask him to sign it. /
