How might have WWII been different without Leon Blum?

My honors history class is to write a report on a person or battle during WWI or WWII. I am doing Leon Blum. (WWII) I have the first two pages done, but I’m not completely sure what to put on page three. For page three we are to write how things would have been different without the accomplishments of the person. Thanks!

blum didn’t do anything that had any significant effect on the course of the war so had he not existed there would have been no difference to the war the war was conducted

he was an exceptional man who stood up against the nazis and the french collaborators but achieved nothing other than earning himself imprisonment in the concetration camps
