WWII – How did Germany in 20 years to become a major power again?

How did Germany will defeat in 1918 to be a great power again in 1938? Actually more like how did – They range from the destruction of the worst to have the largest number of science. . . and in many respects to the country more advanced than in 20 years? I saw a ton of shows that speak to their technology, but no mention of how Germany is passed back to power?

Germany has not been destroyed in the First World War. They went to the Allies in Germany. This led to the notion Germany, they were betrayed to abandon and not lose really. Hitler has taken this idea a lot. Of course, this was not true. In the First World War, the Germans surrendered after it was clear they lose, as opposed to the Second World War when they fought to the end. There was a lot of inflation and of course such a vacuum in the world, but there remained a large and intrincially good industrial base in Germany. There was relatively little income for a country to attack civilians in the First World War. There were bombers and airships, but nothing like the Second World War. In addition, in 1938 and 1939 Germany was still relatively low compared with France, Great Britain, etc. They basically bluffed way in Sudentanland (Hitler had intended to retire from this place, if Great Britain had tried to intervene militarily.) This was also because, after the First World War there was a movement in the world to outlaw war, obviously naive, but resulted the Kellogg-Briand Pact, which clearly prohibits unnecessary war in 1928. So there was very little support for Politcal an aggressive stance against Germany before the fall 1939. So Germany kept its industrial base after the First World War, they actually had a lot of investment from France and Great Britain After the war, and nobody wanted to stop Hitler force until 1939.
